Analisis Pengaruh Faktor-Faktor Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Metode Partial Least Square (PLS) Di PT. Benua Indah Tuban

Human resources are one of the production factors that have an important role in a company because they very specific characteristics compared to other factors. PT. Benua Indah Tuban is manufacturing producing clay which used as basic ingredient for fertilizers. In its operational activities, workers this interact lot with same work environment changing conditions. Employee performance during months January-October 2020 experienced decline. Thus it necessary study influence on employees so can improve department. This uses social environment, physical and organizational affect employee performance. For data analysis, model test using Smart PLS application used. research method 50 samples sample well population or what called saturated sample. The results indicate variables significant effect by 64.2% has 28.6%. While variable does not significantly -3.9%. prediction from able explain customer satisfaction 63.2% (R2 = 0.632).
